B Roast Woodland Mushroom and Madeira Soup, truffle cream and parmesan crisp.

C Slow-Braised Lamb Shoulder, rosemary and garlic jus, buttered champ mash and braised spring greens.
D Pan-Roasted Fillet of Sea Bass, crushed Jersey Royals, fennel and orange salad and shellfish bisque sauce.
